On the behalf of the Board of Management of the league, I wish to extend best wishes to all teams Glyne St Hillparticipating in another year of competitions.A special welcome is extended to our new sponsors Pepsi and Heineken who were have graciously accepted our request to come on board and partner with us for our knockout competition. A hearty thank you is extended to all those persons involved in this partnership from RL Seale & Co Ltd, agents for these two brands. We look forward to supporting them for their magnanimous gesture.

A special welcome is also extended to new club Jackson Sports and we wish them success and good camaraderie as they compete with the other teams in their zone. We also welcome back Sunrise from St. Philip.We are happy that Melrose, U.W.I, Lime ,North Stars and Inch Marlow who all have teams participating in the BCA competition have rejoined us again this year, along with our lone school team Alma Paris Secondary.

Of course we continue to extend our heartfelt thanks to our long time sponsors, namely BRC West Indies Ltd, C.O.Williams Construction Ltd and Calvin Alkins Custom Brokers. Thanks is also extended to Barbados Light& Power Co Ltd for their covenant with us as well as the National Sports Council for the use of their facility for our monthly meetings and complaints meetings and subvention.Thanks to our umpires and disciplinary committee for their thankless job.

Here is wishing everyone an incident free season and we look forward to an improved performance from our BRC/BCL team in the upper intermediate division with god’s help.

Our AGM will hopefully be arranged in the next two months and we look forward to your attendance. Clubs are encouraged to use the website to advertise any events which is being organized by them.
